Mark Prain is the Founding Director of the Hillary Institute of International Leadership, which was set up in memory of Sir Edmund Hillary.
Mark has spent a significant time in NZ and the USA working on developing leaders with a focus on Sustainable Leadership.
Mark Prain is also the Executive Director of Untouched World’s Charitable Foundation, which focuses on developing young leaders throughout New Zealand.
However, Mark is More Than a Leader.
All before the age of 17, Mark toured NZ as a boy soprano, lost his father and joined a Marxist community.
He later went on to have a successful career in Opera singing before it all came crashing down overnight!
In his 50's Mark went back to University and reflects on taking opportunities.
He grew up in a Catholic household even though his mother was a French Jew, he also reflects on religion and how it impacted his family.
